Abstract
The 17th Topic Oriented Technical Meeting (TOTeM) of the IFRF was held at the Abbaye de Vaux de Cernay, Cernay la Ville, France, on 26 September, 2000. Seventy-six IFRF individual members attended the day event, which was chaired by Jacques Dugué of Air Liquide, France, and the meeting secretary was Dr. Philipp Staab.
