A reminder that the extended deadline for the submission of abstracts for the 15th European Conference on Industrial Furnaces and Boilers (INFUB15) is 31 July 2025.  Abstracts  can be submitted directly at www.conftool.pro/infub2026 or via the Conference website. Abstracts will be selected by the Organizing Committee and Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by 16 August 2025.

INFUB15 is organised by Cenertec, an IFRF member, with this next conference emphasising electrification as a ‘hot new topic’, in addition to the usual ones. The key areas covered by the conference will include:

• Electrification (New)
• Thermochemical Recycling of Plastics and Waste-Derived Fuels
• Carbon-Neutral Fuels: H₂, NH₃, Biomass, Metals
• Furnaces and Combustion Systems Modelling
• Condition Monitoring, Furnace Operation and Design
• Pollution-Related Aspects

INFUB15 will be held in Portugal at a location near Porto on 7-10 April 2026.
