PIESA and IERE would like to invite you to attend the 2019 General Meeting and South Africa Forum where the theme is ‘Electricity & the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) – an Africa perspective’. The event will be held at Sun City, South Africa on 28^th – 31^st October 2019.

The Forum is intended for experts actively involved in the selected themes, from IERE members and non-members, as well as all those interested in the evolution of the electrical power industry and the technology development and business development opportunities associated to this evolution. IERE will invite prominent speakers for keynote speeches.

The session themes include:

• Evolving 4IR technologies and its effect on the customer
• 4IR’s impact on revenue collection and non-technical losses
• Asset Management – let’s get smart about it
• Advanced distribution automation in the 4IR era
• Distributed Renewable Energy Technologies: Are we ready?
