Abstract
The 18th Topic Oriented Technical Meeting (TOTeM) of the IFRF was held at the Abbaye de Vaux de Cernay, Cernay la Ville, France, on 27 September, 2000. Seventy-six IFRF individual members attended the day event, which was chaired by Jean-Bernard Michel; the meeting secretary was Fouad Ammouri.
