- Extensive knowledge of energy technologies and processes, and use of process calculations and modelling tools related to them - Practical knowledge CFB (Circulating Fluidized Bed) combustion technology gained by field measurement campaigns and pilot scale testing projects - Knowledge of behaviour of solid fuels in CFB process conditions gained by developing characterisation methods and models for fuels, fuel ashes and sorbents - Knowledge of CCS (Carbon capture and storage) technologies, especially oxygen combustion and chemical looping combustion
