Upcoming events for September 2013 include the International Course on Cogeneration in Kortrijk, Belgium, the 26th German Flame Day in Duisberg, Essen and the AFRC 2013 Industrial Combustion Symposium, Safe and responsible development in the 21st Century, at the Sheraton Kauai, Hawaii.

In October, the COMBURA 2013 Symposium will be organized for the 12th time with participants from universities, research institutes and industrial companies in The Netherlands and surrounding countries. The topic as always is recent developments in advanced combustion research with a clear focus on the potential for application in industry. The call for papers is open. All details in the First Announcement. The venue for the event is Vaeshartelt Castle near Maastricht.

In September 2014 the 12th ESG Conference will be held in Parma, Italy. The 10th European Conference on Industrial Furnaces and Boilers (INFUB-10) takes place from 7th-10th April 2015 in Portugal.  On the Organizing Committee are Prof. Viktor Scherer (Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany), Prof. Neil Fricker (University of South Wales, United Kingdom) and Prof. Albino Reis (Cenertec –Centro de Energia e Tecnologia, Portugal).
