IFRF Member Organisation RJM International has been awarded the prestigious Innovation Award by the UK’s Energy Institute at its Annual Awards Ceremony, for its ground-breaking coal and biomass-fired Ultra-Low NOx Burner.

This new dual-fuel, Ultra-Low NOx Burner was conceived, designed and developed in-house by RJM’s combustion engineers, Its adoption is now enabling thermal-fired plants to simultaneously reduce NOx and reduce their carbon emissions, through the introduction of co-firing with biomass fuel.
