The award-winning and long term IFRF member, RJM International are a UK based provider of emissions reduction solutions and equipment to the power generation and large combustion plant sectors. Last week RJM International announced that it has established a new subsidiary company in South East Asia.

The new limited company, RJM Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd., has been incorporated in Singapore and will be based in Capital Tower on Robinson Road in downtown Singapore.

Over the past three years, RJM has already successfully completed a combustion optimisation project in Viet Nam and a series of ground-breaking emissions reduction projects at district heating plants in Beijing, China. The establishment of a new regional office will facilitate further growth in the Asia-Pacific region.

Matthew Shields, the newly-appointed Head of Business Development and Operations for RJM’s Asia-Pacific business, will relocate from the UK to Singapore to manage RJM’s activities in the region.

Commenting on the establishment of the new company, John Goldring, RJM Managing Director said, “RJM has had a lot of recent successes in the Asia-Pacific region with its innovative, optimisation and emissions reduction solutions finding favour with both operators of power plants and district heating plants.

“With countless new opportunities presenting themselves to us, it makes sense to develop a local presence so that we can manage these new projects more effectively.

“I am delighted that Matthew, who started at RJM as a newly-qualified graduate, having also spent his Year-In-Industry with us, will be spearheading our new Asia-Pacific operation and I would like to wish him every success in his new role,” he added.
