From the IFRF website, Members can now view and download PDF versions of the presentations delivered at the most recent IFRF conference. The event was entitled “Combustion and sustainability: new technologies, new fuels, new challenges” and took place in Boston between 8 and 10 June 2009.
The meeting, which attracted some 80 delegates from around the world, provided around forty papers grouped into eight parallel sessions, as well as four keynote speeches and two workshops. These were entitled “Experiments and simulations: extracting information from uncertain measurements and predictions” and “Present and future applications of flameless combustion in various industries and processes”. They were chaired by chaired by Professor Phil Smith of the University of Utah, and IFRF Vice President Jacques Dugué respectively.
This website contains all the presentations delivered by conference speakers and made available to the IFRF afterwards. The presentations are organised by session. For ease of reference the site also includes the Conference Programme.
Delegates to the conference received electronic copies of the speakers’ papers. This material will be added to the IFRF document library and the papers will, in time, be available for individual order as is currently the case with IFRF technical reports. As always, details will be made available in MNM.
