  • The next issue of MNM will be brought to you directly from Paris where the IFRF’s 17th International Member Conference. kicks off on Monday 11 June. Tonight we use the pre conference issue to introduce the nine sponsor organizations and provide a link to the final programme . There is also a word for partners and other family members who will be making the trip to Maffliers.

    MC 17 Sponsor Organisations

This year, for the first time in the history of IFRF conferencing, we made the decision to explore the mutual benefits of a sponsorship strategy. Nine organisations responded to our invitation to associate their brand names with our event, and we are delighted to acknowledge and thank them here.

Conference Sponsors have purchased specific levels of visibility at the Paris event according to a tiered system, appropriately named according to flame lore Platinum, Gold and Red.

Our Platinum Sponsor, specifically responsible for the conference gala dinner which takes place on the night of Tuesday 12 June, is global energy producer and provider TOTAL. The first of our Gold Sponsors is Stork Technical Services whose founder Charles Theodorus Stork earned himself a place in the Guinness Book of Records as the youngest entrepreneur in the Netherlands. The other two Gold Sponsors are BD Heat Recovery Division, Inc. an international supplier of Combustion air Preheating and DeNOx SCR technologies systems headquartered in Tampa Forida, and ENEL Ingegneria e Ricerca S.p.A., the research arm of Italy’s largest power company ENEL, which is one of Europe’s main listed utilities.

Red Sponsors, to whom we are grateful for the provision of the various conference materials which will be given to delegates, are combustion equipment and service providers Callidus Technologies by Honeywell, fired heater suppliers Furnace Improvements Services Inc., both US based, as well as burner manufacturers John Zink Int. Luxembourg S.àr.l., and French IFRF Member IFP Energies nouvelles.

The production of the conference abstract book was made possible by advertisers Boustead International Heaters , a UK based supplier of direct fired process heaters, waste heat recovery units and steam generators.

Representatives of each of the sponsor organisations will be in attendance at the conference, and will be identifiable by their name tags.

    Partners at Maffliers

Whilst we have not arranged a formal programme for partners and family members who will accompany delegates to Maffliers, we are delighted to invite them to get to know eachother over pre lunch drinks to be served on the terrace at 12 noon Monday 11 June.

Any updates or other communications relative to the conference will be routed through the conference website – news section.
