Thank you to everyone who attended, contributed, sponsored and presented at the IFRF 2018 Conference in May.

120 people, from 15 countries attended the landmark 70^th anniversary event in IFRF’s new home of Sheffield, UK. Two thirds of the attendees submitted their thoughts on the event.

The top score from the feedback was ‘Helpfulness of IFRF staff’ (4.71 out of 5), followed by ‘Technical sessions’ (4.58) and ‘Satisfied with the event’ (4.34).

When asked about what they were going to takeaway from the conference, delegates said:

“A better understanding of the current directives. Knowledge of other universities and industries combustion facilities”

“Very good information and technical presentation with knowledge of future emission levels”

“Great presentations in flare sessions. Great discussion in fired equipment safety session. Great networking.”

Other feedback from attendees was:
