The February 21 issue of MNM will carry a link to a Member Questionnaire which has been designed by the IFRF in association with a professional marketing strategist.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to gauge current Member opinions of our service offering and also to gain insight into needs which are not being met. The information gleaned from the analysis of completed questionnaires will serve to inform a process of strategy redefinition for the IFRF – the necessity for which was agreed at the last annual meeting of the IFRF Joint Committee in Scotland last June.
Members who choose to complete the questionnaire (and we hope that many will participate!) will be able to do so online at a link which will be provided in an MNM article on 21 February.
The information received will be treated in absolute confidence – the questionnaires may be completed anonymously. We thank Members in anticipation for providing us with this invaluable feedback. We are confident that this exercise will be of tremendous benefit to the IFRF and its Members.
