IFRF has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japanese-based IERE – an non-profit international organisation consisting of corporations and institutions from electricity supply industries and manufacturers.

IFRF and IERE has many common interests including pursuing advancing technologies in combustion and environmental control. In these areas we see a real value in collaborating in order to provide extra benefits to our members. This will include joint hosting of events, providing speakers and information on key topics, sharing of news and research.

The overall objective is to improve our mutual activities and provide better services and benefits to our members.

Find out more about IERE via their website.

On 11th – 14th September 2018, IERE is co-hosting an event with RWE in Munich, Germany and the main theme will be ‘Power Generation in Transition’.

The Joint Event is a collaboration of IERE Workshop and VGB Congress. All participants have the opportunity to join the lectures of both events without limitation and to exchange information together in the common break areas and the exhibition areas as well as the joint Get-Together in the exhibition, the Joint Evening Event and the Joint Technical visit.
