Dr. Dick Waibel of John Zinc Co., LLC today formally opened the IFRF’s 16th Members’ Conference in Boston, MA, USA.  Dr. Waibel is currently IFRF President and leads an Executive team of British, Japanese and European combustion specialists.  This is the first time the IFRF’s Members’ Conference has been held outside Europe and the event has attracted over 70 delegates with almost one half coming from outside North America.
