Next week’s issue of MNM will carry a link to a Member Questionnaire which represents the first stage in a two step process to develop a long term strategy for the IFRF.

IFRF Members are warmly invited to participate in the process by completing the questionnaire online.  In so doing they will have the opportunity to express their opinions of our service offering and also to have their say as to needs which are not currently being met. 

The information received will be treated in absolute confidence – the questionnaires may be completed anonymously.  We thank Members in anticipation for providing us with this invaluable feedback.  We are confident that this exercise will be of tremendous benefit to the IFRF and its Members.
