leo-biasci-medium.jpgAt the end of June the IFRF bade farewell to Leo Biasci who came to Livorno from UniPi to complete his Masters degree in Energy Engineering and stayed on for two years as an Investigator working alongside Giovanni Coraggio, Marco Faleni and the ENEL research team.  Leo has been offered a position at Nuovo Pignone in Florence and leaves with the best wishes of his IFRF and ENEL colleagues for a successful and enjoyable career in his field.

Leo requested that we record a goodbye salute from him in MNM with heartfelt thanks to IFRF Director Leo Tognotti for the work study opportunity he was given, and to his colleagues Gio and Marco for the “incredible amount” of technical knowledge he gleaned from them. He also acknowledges the ENEL team with whom he worked on the Livorno facility.

The combustion world is small Leo! No doubt you will never be too far from the IFRF!
