To assist us with various aspects of the conference organisation we would like to request that delegates complete and return an Information Sheet which will be delivered by email this Wednesday. Amongst other things, we will ask you to indicate which of the two workshop sessions you will be attending, whether you require guest tickets for the formal dinner, etc. Copies of the questionnaire will also be available at the Pre-registration networking session and at Registration on Tuesday so don’t fret if you won’t be at your desk this week or for some reason are not able to provide the required information in time.
If you have not yet registered for the conference you may still do so via the dedicated conference website which will remain active at http://www.improntesrl.it/ifrf/index.asp?page=reg_form.asp. That we can still use this service is due to a special dispensation from our organisers who will also accept in-person registrations on the first day of the conference.
For the information of exhibtors, the size of our poster boards is 95×145 cm. Exhibitors are requested to hand their material to the organisers at Registration, for positioning and mounting by our staff.
FORMAL DINNER AND AWARDS CEREMONY
Delegates who would like to invite a partner to the dinner on the evening of Thursday 15 June will be able to obtain a partner ticket on registration. The ticket cost is Euro 40. Partners are also welcome to take advantage of the guided tour of San Rossore which leaves from Pisa at 5.30 on Thursday evening and ends at the dinner venue. Delegates who decide not to participate in the guided tour will be transported directly to the venue in time for the function.
