This is the last month in which delegates can take advantage of the early bird registration for the Fifth European Combustion Meeting, which takes place at Cardiff University from 28 June to 1 July 2011. 

Some information, plus a link to the official conference website is provided in the relevant insert on the IFRF Events Calendar – click on the red hyperlink above.   Latest updates are that the organizers are working with Alison Tomlin on the First Topical Workshop and that on Friday afternoon 1st July there will be a free trip to the university’s Gas Turbine Research Facilities which are sited about 35 miles west of Cardiff.  This will be a limited numbers activity and a sign up register will be available during the conference.
