The EFRI rig owner’s meeting and TOTeM 34 – Gas Turbine Research: Fuels, Combustion, Heat Transfer and Emissions have been postponed along with related meetings which should have kicked off in Cardiff tomorrow, continuing into Thursday this week.  The reason for the postponement is the difficulties posed to European air travel by the situation which began last week in Iceland.

All participants have been personally notified of the postponement.  The organizers regret having had to take such a decision but as flight cancellations continued to be announced during the course of today, no other choice was feasible.

New dates for the meetings are currently being sought and it is expected that they will take place at the same venue in autumn.  Appropriate announcements will be made as soon as possible.  Please watch MNM for details.
