The American Flame Research Committee (AFRC) 2017 Industrial Combustion Symposium – delayed from the original dates in September due to Hurricane Harvey – is just four weeks away now, and the deadline for booking your hotel room at the reduced conference rate is this coming Friday!  So, if you haven’t already done so, please register and book your accommodation quickly to avoid disappointment.

The 2017 Symposium takes place at the Hyatt Regency Houston, Texas, from 11-13 December.  Details, registration, hotel information and the full programme can be found here under the ‘Next Meeting’ tag.

The Programme has now been finalised and published (see link above), and looks very exciting with some 22 technical presentations, two panel discussions and plenty of opportunities to network (including a Welcome Reception the evening before, a Symposium Banquet, continental breakfasts, lunches and refreshment breaks. Oh and we will be there too! Our Director – Philip Sharman – will be speaking about the 70 year history of IFRF and how we can use this as a springboard for the future.

Don’t miss out…!
