Herewith some of the highlights of the upcoming 18th IFRF Members’ Conference, which will be held in Freising, Germany at 1-3 June 2015.

The initial programme of the Conference and Oxy-coal Workshop has been published on the conference website and in IFRF Events Calendar.

After the opening of the conference on Monday morning, Nick Syred will deliver the first keynote lecture Advances In The Understanding Of And Interactions Of Swirling Flows With Combustion.  He will be followed by Wiebren de Jong, who will present his lecture BRISK: Development Of Advanced Measurement Methods And Operational Procedures In Thermo-Chemical Biomass Conversion.

The programme lists a total of six technical sessions (Emmisions, Gasification & Pyrolysis, Equipment and Facilities, Oxy-gas, Biomass and Session F) organized in parallel sessions, and Oxy-coal Workshop, which will be held on Tuesday and on Wednesday. 

The conference is open to IFRF Members and non members alike.  Registration is still open and you can register here. Please note that registration closes on 15 April!
