Summary
TOTeM 37, “Innovative and advanced co-firing technologies” took place on 22 and 23 September 2011 at Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland. Organised by the IFRF as part of its dissemination role in the FP7 EU funded project DEBCO - “Demonstration of Large Scale Biomass Co-Firing and Supply Chain Integration” the meeting also featured contributions from the FP7 RECOMBIO project (“Recovered Fuels combined with Biomass”), and attracted a large number of delegates.
IFRF Director Leo Tognotti chaired the meeting and delivered one of the keynote presentations entitled “Strategies and approaches for modelling full scale biomass co-firing”. IFRF Superintendent of Research Neil Fricker led the wrap up session and compiled the event introduction and the concluding report - these documents are available for download here along with copies of the presentations made by the representatives from DEBCO and RECOMBIO who comprised the speaker group.
These files are also available on the DEBCO project website http://www.debco.eu/ which is run by IFRF.
