The American Flame Research Committee announced today that US EPA – Region 5’s Brian Dickens will present a “U.S. EPA Flare Activity Overview” at the Industrial Flares Colloquium which is to be held next week in conjunction with the 2011 AFRC Combustion Symposium at the Hyatt Regency Houston. The Industrial Flares Colloquium will take place over the first two days of the Symposium and is to be chaired by James G. Seebold. This session follows-up and expands upon last year’s premier industrial flare event, TOTeM 36 “Industrial Flaring”. The FLARES SESSION will be followed by a BURNER SESSION chaired by Richard Waibel of John Zink. A half day FURNACE SESSION will complete the proceedings.
The agenda for the full four days may be downloaded from IFRF Events Calendar. Register here.
The meeting will be hosted by AFRC Member Hamworthy Combustion, Houston, Texas.
